The Cleveland-based accounting firm Cohen & Company has been accepted as an exclusive member of the National CPA Health Care Advisors Association (HCAA). The HCAA is a nationwide association of CPA firms that provide specialized accounting, tax and consulting services to the health care industry. To be awarded membership in HCAA, firms must demonstrate proficiency and commitment to serving clients in health care.
“The rules of the game for health care professionals and their employees are complex and continually changing,” noted Paul Gregory, Partner at Cohen & Company. “Health care providers need to have advisors who understand the industry and their unique practice situations. Part of our ability to help clients comes from having access to resources such as HCAA, connecting us to additional expertise, knowledge and perspectives around the country from which our clients can benefit.”
Through HCAA, members gain access to relationships and educational resources that assist them in staying on the forefront of the health care industry.
Ranked as the 75th top CPA firm in the country, Cohen & Company works with privately held companies and entrepreneurs to help them identify and seize opportunities. The firm advises clients in areas such as tax, review, compilations, audit, compensation planning, corporate structuring, and management consulting and planning.
